What To Do After Your Consultation: Understanding My Schedule:

Welcome, lovely clients! At The Beauty Factory, we're all about making your experience as easy-breezy as possible. That's why I've put together a handy guide to help you book your appointments, keep up with our schedule, and get in touch with me. From working days to waiting lists, I've got you covered. Let's dive in!

How to Book Your Appointment

Once we've gone through your consultation and we’ve chatted about your hair goals, the next step is to schedule your appointment. This process is entirely online, providing you with the convenience of scheduling and managing all your appointments at any time. To do this, visit the link on my Instagram page and select "Current Client Booking". For more resources and help with managing your appointment, you can also visit thebeautyfactorysalon.com. It's that easy!

What Days Am I Available?

As a rule of thumb, you'll usually find me at work from Wednesday to Saturday. One of the great things about the online booking system is that you have access to my schedule 24/7. This means you can always see what slots are available or when an opening comes up. This feature gives you the flexibility to plan your appointments according to your convenience.

The Waiting List Feature

Our booking system recently introduced a fantastic new feature – a waiting list. This feature allows you to input your preferred dates and times (or even the entire month if you wish), and the system will notify you via text if any openings come up. This way, even if a slot isn't immediately available, you won't miss out when one does become free.

What Do I Do When Nothing Is Available?

Don't worry if you can't find any available slots. I open up my books one month at a time. On the first of every month, I'll open up the next month's schedule. For example, on June 1, I will make July's slots available. Be sure to set a reminder on your phone so you don't forget to check. I also post about any last-minute openings on Instagram, so keep an eye on my posts.

Need to Get a Hold of Me?

If you need to contact me, the best way is to email me. You can also check out The Beauty Factory's website for helpful resources. Please avoid sending Instagram DMs concerning your appointment or scheduling needs. This way, I can manage all inquiries efficiently and ensure that your needs are met promptly.

I look forward to providing you with the best service, and I hope this guide has made the booking process clearer for you. Understanding the booking process is vital for a great hair experience. Happy scheduling!
